The Fifth Week: Freedom

"To Say or Not To Say. That is the Question."

News are the main source of information that us people rely on. It is important to know what events are taking place at the right place at the right time. For without these information, we will be left behind living in the past. But, how reliable are these news? And why does it seem like news these days are so similar and always have the same topic of discussion?

Debate

Last week, we were asked to debate on a topic whether news should be free. If all news should be released to the public whether it is important or not.  So we did our research, and had some mixed results. But for me personally, I prefer news having freedom in what they will say and do. Sure it may be chaotic and unorganized but, these are whats happening today. These are the things that are happening that we are not aware of because news is so controlled. So with that, having free news is really an important thing that we need. To be aware of our surroundings. But as for the debate, we won. We put up our arguments well and won the debate.

Pass The Message

In this activity, we played a game called "Pass The Message". Basically, from the name itself, we pass a message through our group and convey the message to the last person. The mechanics are, to only use facial expressions. Each facial expression represent a number place. And since its a facial expression, it was very awkward... Very.... Awkward.... But we still had fun. Seeing their silly faces while conveying the message is really a challenge to focus on the information given. Sadly, we ran out of time to accomplish the game.
